1. Where are you located?
We are located at 4470 Westbrook Dr. in Aurora (Route 59 & 34). We are 1 block South of Fox Valley Mall. Our large green cobblestone building with Juliet balconies looks like a lighthouse. Additionally, the spa is behind Shell, next to Aldi, and shares a parking lot with AAA. Our Naperville location (directly across the street from our Aurora location) is no longer available for bookings.

3. How do I prepare for floating?
No coffee. Do not shave or wax since the salt water can irritate your skin. Eating a light meal prior can help you float. A bathing suit is required to float.
4. Can I float if I am pregnant?
Yes! Floating is ideal for pregnancy. There is a position of floating for pregnant women that relieves 100% of the baby's weight on the mother.
5. Do I need to bring anything?
Comb/brush, hairdryer, contact lens case, shampoo/conditioner, & bathing suit. We provide ear plugs, towels, and basic body wash. A full-body soap shower is required before entering the tank.
6. How are the tanks cleaned?
The entire volume of the solution is filtered 10 times after each float. Screen cleaners are used to keep the saltwater surface clean and clear. Powerful UV lights combined with Hydrogen Peroxide are used to treat and sanitize the solution between floats. This will likely be the cleanest water you have ever been in. We diligently measure and test the water, chemical levels, and temperature of the tanks.
7. What if I am claustrophobic?
Being in the float room is more like being in open space, as opposed to a float pod. Our super large float rooms are designed for people with extreme claustrophobia. No one has ever reported feeling claustophobic in our float rooms.
8. Can I Drown?
Absolutely not. There has never been a case of anyone drowning during a float experience. Some people fall asleep, but the buoyancy in the water makes it impossible to sink. It is ok to meditate or nap in the tanks.
9. What is the Cancellation Policy
Please arrive five minutes before your scheduled appointment in order to ensure you receive the full time. You may change/cancel the appointment 24 hours before the appointment time. Same-day cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price.
10. What is the Refund policy?
Gift certificates, massages, floats, membership charges, and gratuity are not redeemable for cash and are non-refundable.
11. What are the membership terms?
MassageNow reserves the right to change the terms of the membership program. Massage benefits and rollovers may be used as long as the account is CURRENT & ACTIVE. Any outstanding monthly payments owed must be paid prior to receiving membership benefits/rollovers. You agree to notify us of any changes in your information, including your payment data. An additional (MMP) fee may apply to see certain therapists, depending on their credentials and experience.
